Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Manessi in Poros, I found myself immersed in a culinary journey that truly enhanced my experience in this elegant Neoclassic-style hotel. The dining ambiance was inviting, creating an ideal setting to indulge in the local cuisine. Breakfast was a delightful affair, as the team kindly delivered it to our room, allowing us to savor each bite on our private balcony while admiring the serene view of the port. It was a leisurely start to our day, with a range of options that satisfied every palate. On our second evening, we enjoyed dinner at the hotel's Taverna Garden, where the menu offered innovative dishes that showcased the freshness of local ingredients. I particularly appreciated the meticulous attention to detail in both presentation and flavor. the location is strategic, with an array of nearby dining choices such as Cielo Sea Lounge and Karavolos Taverna, making it easy to explore local flavors further. The hospitality extended by the staff complemented the dining experience, contributing to an overall memorable stay. I would certainly recommend the Manessi for anyone seeking an enriching gourmet getaway.
